Be sure and tell us if you brought the following (or others comparable) when you check in at Drop-Off so you'll be entered to win (extra 15% of your sales + a skip the line pass!), one entry for every 5 of these you bring:

⭐MINIMUM⭐
Each consignor should bring at least 15 acceptable items or 3 large items. Look around; you have PLENTY to bring, especially if you don't wait until the last minute to get it ready! Tip: start with the big stuff noted above to be high demand and quickly boost your sales!

✨NEW 2026! Phase Two: Teen, GrownUP, & Home:
Each consignor may bring up to 350* total items, with limit of 175 of them being hanging items; bring your best! Remember, more items may be brought during Restock time.*
*You must contact us to get approval to bring more than any of the stated limits; approval will depend on quality AND pricing (you must price fairly AND choose to discount most of your items)!
⭐WE WILL SCREEN WHEN YOU DROP OFF YOUR CLOTHES/Etc.
Due to space limitations and high quality standards, WE WILL BE VERY PICKY! BRING ONLY YOUR BEST LIKE-NEW ITEMS. ALLOW TIME WHEN YOU DROP OFF FOR US TO SCREEN FOR QUALITY & THEN FOR YOU TO PLACE ITEMS ON THE SALES FLOOR .
Look for signage indicating racks/categories to hang in, by size, as follows:
- Phase Two - Teen & GrownUP: tops - sleeveless (spring sale only), short sleeves, long sleeves; "bottoms" -MUST be on clip/pants hangers- includes pants, shorts (spring sale), etc.; dresses & skirts & rompers; swimwear (spring only) & new lingerie; pajamas; athleisure.
⭐Please do not be offended if we ask you to take back (or donate) some of your items. We strive to be known for having only excellent quality merchandise that's priced to sell (not sit), thus attracting more shoppers and selling more of your items.
⭐CLOTHING appropriate for WARMER weather (keep scrolling for seasonal details):
⭐Phase Two: Teen & GrownUP: Sizes begin with XXS/00 and run through XXL/plus sizes/40+ waist, for both women and men. (See brands we accept and those we do not accept.) Gently used, freshly laundered SPRING/SUMMER clothing, shoes (MUST be like-new and clean top to bottom!) sports apparel, accessories, & more.
⭐RESTRICTION on Phase Two - Teen & GrownUP Clothing AND Shoes:
We will ONLY accept brand name/designer teen & adult clothing and shoes that have been purchased within the past few years AND are styles currently being sold! We will be VERY picky about what we accept, as will our shoppers; so don't waste your time tagging older, discount brand, or more mature women's/misses/men's items/styles! See limits below, as well as not accepted brands list.
Registered consignors CAN bring more clothing*, as well as other items (again, per stated limits), during Restock time.

While we don't want to limit your excellent-quality clothing that's priced to sell, we remind you to bring ONLY your best, great quality, clean, seasonally appropriate stuff and price it to move! And, *unless you get our approval prior to drop off,*
WE WILL LIMIT the following clothing for Phase Two: Teen & GrownUp:
- TOPS - 20 per consignor, per gender; concentrate on your best
- Pants - 15 per consignor, per gender
- SKIRTS - 5 per consignor
- SHOES, sizes 6 and up - 10 per consignor, per gender (must be stylish and clean!)
- Prom/Pageant dresses, 5 per consignor
- Maternity, 25 per consignor
- Scrubs, 25 per consignor
- Scarves - 5 per consignor (seasonally appropriate)

NOTE: TOUGHER 2ND SCREENING: We will perform a second screening, pulling from the sales floor out of style and problem pieces that may have made it through the hurried pace of initial screening; tags may be stamped "Return to Sender, " "Stains," "Defects" or "Style" and placed on "Did Not Meet Marketplace Standards" racks for YOU to look through, if you wish, on Pick Up Time.⭐However, we recommend you discount your items for the Clearance Sale, increasing your earnings, then skip pick up, allowing your unsold items to be included in our Foster Family Free Shop and donated to our wonderful local charities who further spread blessings.

Teen & GrownUP - Brand Examples
🌷For the SPRING SALE: We accept clothing for warm weather, along with jeans, khakis, light colored/lightweight long sleeve t-shirts and button up shirts, lightweight windbreaker jackets and spring color lightweight cardigan sweaters appropriate for Easter outfits, and hoodies. Like-new sandals, flip flops, tennis shoes, dress shoes, cowboy and rain boots. *Keep scrolling to see list of what we do NOT accept at the Spring sale.
🍂 For the FALL SALE: We accept clothing for cold weather, along with capris, long denim/cargo/school approved shorts*, basketball shorts, short sleeve shirts for layering (no summer prints or pastels), short sleeve polo style or button up shirts in fall/winter colors, tennis shoes, closed-toe shoes, boots. *Keep scrolling to What Not to Bring section to see list of what we do NOT accept at the Fall sale.
NOTE: Please make sure that all the clothing is FRESHLY LAUNDERED, in GREAT shape, on HANGERS (with the hook facing LEFT like a question mark) and SORTED by NUMBER SIZE and GENDER! Please see Tagging page for detailed hanging instructions.

⭐Phase Two: HOME FURNISHINGS & DECOR, ETC⭐
*We will be picky! We want good stuff! Examples of great-shape, gently-used items we may accept include: Furniture, lamps, rugs, framed art (⭐ Limit of 3 large art/pictures per consignor; No plain table top frames), clocks, antiques, collectibles, home decor, etc. Kitchen Items, including sets of dishes, serving pieces, cook/bakeware, linens, etc. Small appliances, including microwaves, coffee makers, toaster ovens, crock pots, etc. Electronics, Lawn, Garden & Patio; Garage & Shop, including tools, storage, small fitness; luggage; teen and up arts and crafts, and party supplies.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE CLEAN, IN GREAT SHAPE, BE COMPLETELY ASSEMBLED BY YOU, and HAVE NO MISSING PIECES or PARTS!
